The Customs and Monopolies Agency guarantees the legality and safety of amusement and entertainment machines, ensuring gaming is fair and transparent by verifying compliance with the regulatory requirements of the equipment and their operating modes.
The Agency intends to enhance the social role of gaming, the desire to have fun in serenity, moderation with a sense of responsibility.
Setting the rules and, at the same time, enforcing them, means teaching people to play in a responsible manner, enhancing gaming function of social aggregation, a moment of creativity and communication between individuals. Amusement and entertainment machines without cash prizes are divided into two different types characterized respectively by:

• the possibility to receive something as a reward (crane, skill fishing, etc ...)
• the simple entertainment (video games and mechanical and electromechanical devices such as billiards, table football, pinball machines, etc ...)
