The Agency, belonging to the first sector as a regulatory and supervisory Authority employing more than 350,000 subjects (i.e. the second sector), triggered new projects aiming at establishing a strong connection with the third sector on disability issues, on employment discrimination and on social policies, hence encouraging promotion and development within the country. «Dimensione sociale» (Social dimension) is the initiative developed in order to create a bridge between the second and third sector; an annual selection gathers “social” projects that ADM proposes to its institutional partners in order to support their financing.
